Membership

Starting 2018, we are excited to offer membership renewals and new memberships by credit/debit card, PayPal, check or cash. If paying by card or Paypal, there will be a $2.50 transaction fee which is added to the membership cost. The credit/debit or PayPal buttons are near the bottom of this page. You can still pay by check or cash if you prefer.

If you are paying online, please be sure to download, print and sign an updated membership application (PDF) to bring on your next visit to the track. If you prefer, you can mail your updated membership application to the club address:

The membership year is from February 1st through January 31st. Late renewals still pay for a full year. Please note that qualified children that are under 18 and living with you. Each family member 16 or older that wishes to vote must be a regular member and use separate application for regular membership. You must be a regular member to vote, store equipment on-site and have unlimited access to club and railroad facilities. All others may come with regular members or on scheduled days. Spouse and children rates apply with regular or associate members. New members pay for the full year if joining prior to the Fall Meet.

Associate	$60	Access to property only with a regular member or on a scheduled day Membership newsletter recipient and "member only" access Non voting member May not store trains on property
Spouse	$20	Spouse of a regular or associate member Access to property only with a regular member Non voting member
Child	$20	Child under 18 living at home with regular or associate member Access to property only with member, parent or regular member acting as responsible guardian Age 15-17 may operate trains alone after exam and orientation Engineers 14 and under must have adult engineer on train
Family	$130	One regular member plus a spouse and all children under 18 living at home This membership class is best for families with three or more children
